With more than 17 years in software development, Jon has a passion for creating award-winning, behavior-changing learning solutions for innovative companies worldwide. Jon leverages his extensive technical expertise and project management experience to continually improve the quality and efficiency of NogginLabs processes. Prior to NogginLabs, Jon spent eight years supporting a variety of enterprise-wide system implementations and initiatives at Allstate. Jon holds a BA in Computer Science from Boston College.
